When will FitRent launch?

Final productization is in 2026 roadmap, estimated Q2-Q3. If you join the waitlist, we will notify you immediately when the first beta version is available and then production.

Can I use FitRent with only 5 cars?

Yes, Starter plan is designed for small fleets (up to 10 vehicles). Faster setup, lower subscription. You add vehicles and move to Business when you grow.

How does card pre-authorization for deposit work?

At booking, FitRent temporarily holds the deposit amount on the client's card (does not withdraw). On OK check-out, the hold releases automatically in 3-7 days. If damage occurs, we withdraw directly from the hold. Client does not need to pay separately.

Can I integrate FitRent with my existing website?

Yes, we offer an embeddable booking widget for any site, regardless of platform. Or we can build a complete site for you on our Astro/Next.js stack. Discuss at waitlist signup.

What about contracts? Are they legally valid?

Yes, e-signature per eIDAS (EU Regulation) is legally valid in Romania. We generate PDFs with cryptographic hash + timestamp. Can be used as evidence in court.
